Our Full Spectrum Sea Moss is wild harvested, intentionally, dried and cured in the shade to maintain its natural colors and phytonutrients. Vibrantly colored like the rainbow, Full Spectrum boasts a slightly sharper taste along with more potent effects.


Please note that every bag will have a unique mix of the different colors inside. We do not guarantee the perfect mix of colors as seen in the photos. Our Sea Moss is specifically WILDCRAFTED, meaning its grown in its most organic and naturally occurring environment, not farmed or pool raised. This ensures it is full of nutrients and minerals as well as harvested ethically and responsibly. 100% natural and doesn’t contain any preservatives or additives. It is intentionally dried and cured to preserve all of its nutrients, colors and other beneficial properties.

 

What's the difference between Full Sprectrum and Gold Sea moss?

They come from the same Sea Moss source.

PREPPING YOUR SEAMOSS

  1. Remove your sea moss from the package. (It will have a slight smell. That’s a good thing!). Thoroughly rinse your seaweed with filtered or spring water. (Some people recommend not use tap water. The choice is yours.
  2. Grab a bowl and fill it with water. Place your sea moss in and soak for 4 to 8 hours. Some recommend 24 hours plus, the choice is yours.


 MAKING YOUR SEA MOSS GEL 

  1. After soaking, drain water from the bowl.  You will notice it has lost some color (almost translucent) and has expanded 2x its original size.
  2. Add your sea moss and fresh spring or filtered water to a high-speed blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth. Pour into a glass jar and place a lid on top. Store in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
